  • Efficiency in scheduling. Upon notice of your need, our unique scheduling system contacts every eligible FlexRN nurse within 30 minutes.

   

  • Getting the "hard-to-fill" shifts staffed. In the event you offer a bonus to fill a shift, we pass on the entire net bonus to the nurse. Quite frankly, more of your agency dollar goes to the nurse; less goes to the agency.We also offer our new "Quick Picks for cash" that offer incentives for filling your last minute needs.

   

  • Guaranteed Quality. Our quality assurance program assures you receive the best coverage available. Virtually all our hires are peer referrals, and all are individually interviewed and tested at time of interview-there are no "take home" exams. If a FlexRN nurse provides unsatisfactory service, we delete the invoice. If FlexRN cancels a previously confirmed shift with less than two hours notice, we will pay you a Cancellation Fee.
