Agency Nursing Pay Rates

Agency nurses do not have to deal with as much of the hospital politics or some of the minimum hour and holiday requirements as staff nurses. But if you let these become your main motivation to be an agency RN and forget the real reason you became a nurse in the first place, which is caring for people in the communities you serve, you may come to resent not only agency nursing, but your nursing career in general. Our agency focuses on having the best clinicians that have the patient’s best interest in mind. If we happen to pay the best in the industry, that is just an added bonus and a thank you for your hard work and dedication to your nursing career.
