We are focused on making the application and interview process as easy as possible. Almost everything you need is right here on our site. You have two options for getting started:
Our Quick Apply form
- Use the Quick Apply to initiate a dialogue with one of our recruiters. Just fill out the online contact form, and we'll call you as soon as we get your contact information.
- If you're ready to get started working right away, we encourage you to start working on our Full Application online.
Our Full Application
If you want to get started as soon as possible, this is your best place to start. It's best to have your supporting documentation on hand to reference dates when completing your application. Later in the application process, we'll ask you to send copies of these documents via FAX or email:
- Resume or Detailed Work History
- Two acceptable forms of ID (Driver's License, Passport, Social Security Card, Alien Registration Card, Work Permit)
- Current RN, LPN, or RT license(s)
- Current CPR or BLS card
- Most facilities require American Heart Association seal on card
- Current ACLS card (if applicable)
- Most facilities require American Heart Association seal on card
- Additional Certifications (PALS, TNCC, etc.)
- Proof of PPD within 12 months OR a Chest X-Ray within 5 years with attached TB form signed by physician
- Proof of MMR immunization OR a Positive Titer
- Documentation of a Hepatitis B Series OR a Positive Titer
- Documentation of Varicella Titer or proof of vaccine(history of childhood disease is not adequate)
- Names, addresses, and phone numbers for three(3) professional references; At least one reference must be from a supervisor
- Statement of good health by a physician within the last year
- Copy of Diploma if available.
Once you have completed your Full Application, we will consider all of the information you have submitted. If your application meets certain FlexRN criteria, you will be considered for employment, and a recruiter is assigned to help you complete the application process.
