Go through four traffic lights (Millwood Avenue becomes Handley Avenue after fourth light). Turn right onto Stuart Street. Go through two traffic lights and turn left onto Amherst Street. Stay on Amherst Street until you come to Winchester Medical Center. Go through the first traffic light to the second light and turn right parking lot.
From the east:
If you are coming from Berryville, VA, follow Route 7 to the intersection with Interstate 81 North. Follow Interstate 81 to exit 317.
