Emergency Response Plan

Since this company opened its doors shortly after September 11 th, 2001 , the company thought that it was of great importance that we have an emergency response plan. FlexRN + Co. has developed an emergency notification plan where we are able to alert our agency nurses in the case of a disaster in close proximity to a facility to which they provide services. FlexRN creates a call list for each facility that is electronically activated to call each employee within a 30 mile radius of that facility in the event of an emergency. The calls are made to all employees electronically within five minutes of our agency being notified of the need to activate our emergency response plan. All nurses are being polled at the time of hire whether or not they would be willing to lend a hand in the case of a disaster and these are the employees that create our list. We at FlexRN hope it is never necessary to utilize this program, but feel it is reassuring to the facilities we serve to know that it exists. We are continually updating and improving our emergency response capabilities.
