FlexRN Compliance

FlexRN is committed to keeping our nurses' profile items up to date and in compliance.  We screen our database of items that are approaching expiration and then remind our nurses of the issue by phone and email.  Virtually all updates can be done online by the nurse; we mail out authorization forms for the annual drug tests so the nurses can complete those at locations convenient to them.

This effort is important to both our nurses and our clients.  We are trying to avoid the situation in which a nurse cannot work due to an expired certification; and we are making sure our clients can feel confident in the credentials of their agency staff.
